At KLOS Guitars, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your instrument doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack the instrument in its original hardshell case and shipping box, ensuring all accessories and documentation are included.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our luthiers inspect the returned item for any damage, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
